  The customer service is POOR in this store; we got a scan error by a cashier she scanned extra time overly charged $2.50 more until we found out at the parking lot, so we went back and wait at least 10 minutes in front of customer service desk but still no one care of us!
  There were two staffs taking care of first customer the whole time?! If that was not undertrain or lack of training then why required two staffs handle one customer the whole time???! You would think there should be each staff handle different customers, so two staffs would meant two customers being taking care of, but there wasn't the case! Maybe our skin colors are different than white, so they just don't care we stood there for nothing?!
  Once we got their attention, but a senior staff name, Pam, refused to talk to us and have us to wait for a manager, so another wait time and was rude to us....!
  Finally, we got a manager, Ken, and let him know we want a Scan Guarantee because this was their employee mistaken scan extra and we had to come back and wait more than 10 minutes for their error....
  Ken was unwillingly to agree but there was none apologized from anyone that caused any inconvenience to us!!!!
  So, my feedback is this store has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED whatsoever from a manager, Ken, to a senior associate, Pam, who in fact was rude to us even before this incident!!! That was another story!
  As a manger or even a team lead, when he or she found out there was an employee mistaken over charged a customer and let the customer found out complained about it, a GOOD customer service oriented approach is first to apologize to the customer and refund the different; in addition, a gift card or double refund like its Scan Guarantee policy to compensate what the customer unsatisfactory experience....!
  Being a smart customer, make sure check your receipt every time or no one else will find that out for you if there was any error regardless computer programming or human factors!!!!
