  I had a Living Social deal for this cleaning service. It was for 2 hours. The girl came an hour early, so when I got home she was sitting in her car smoking a cigarette and talking on the phone. She came in to my house, still on the phone, and I told her what I needed done. She continued talking on the phone while she was cleaning and only stayed for an hour and half. I have 2 dogs and she did not run the vacuum along the baseboards to get rid of all the hair. In addition, there are clumps of dog hair still on my rug that she did not pick up with her vacuum. Also, she did not vacuum under anything, just around stuff, left dirty dishes in my sink, did not clean the stove top or toaster oven, and did not clean around the dog bowls. Mind you, if she had worked hard for 2 hours and left one time, I might have forgiven some of this. I would never use them again and plan to work on getting my living social deal money back.
